Walk-In Dental Clinic – Every Monday
Our Maple Street Clinic offers walk-in dental visits every Monday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early. It’s a simple, convenient way to get the care you need — no scheduling required.
What should I bring to my first visit?
To make your first appointment smooth, please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to complete any additional paperwork or updates. Also, please bring:
• A valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or school ID)
• Insurance card(s) if you have coverage
• List of medications you take, including dosages
• Any relevant medical or dental records, if available
Insurance & Payment Options
Giving you access to affordable, quality healthcare is one of our top goals. We accept private and work (employer-sponsored) insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare — but if you’re paying cash or have a high-deductible plan, our sliding fee scale may lower the cost of your visit.
